That is the point we all start from.
By stumbling around in the dark of the web we have managed to create this website. The experience we had, caused us to wonder how many others 'out there' would like to have a website for themselves or their club / church / corner shop but were put off by the apparent difficulty of setting it up.
Too many so called professionals make out that there is some sort of 'Black Art' involved in website creation, and whilst the sites for large corporations do need teams of clever and experienced software engineers to produce and maintain their sites, it is quite possible for Joe (or Jane ) Bloggs to design an information site with little more than a pencil and a sheet of paper.
